Wednesday, May 13th, 2009In 2007, the US Department of Transportation awarded 6 new routes to various airlines to be flown from the United States to China. Several routes began service in the spring of 2008, with the rest signing on in the spring of 2009. Five of the six routes offer direct service from American to Chinese cities.
